When you don’t have a replacement turbine valve seat available, we can manufacture a new one—typically within eight days—deliver it to your site, remove the existing seat, and install the new component as part of your outage scope.
In one recent project involving three control valve (CV) seats on a GE turbine, we reverse engineered the components and completed back-to-back manufacturing and installation in just 17 days from purchase order to final completion.
