Turbine Valve Repair and Support
T & W Valve & Machine, Co. can provide you with assistance with a variety turbine valve and turbine support needs. Our turbine valve service team specializes in steam and combined cycles turbine control, stop, throttle, governor and intercept valves.
Valve repairs consist of: seat replacement, power lapping seats, machining seating surfaces, machine pressure seal surfaces.
We also provide general turbine support, a mobile machine shop, stud removal, alignment key machining, manufacture misc parts.
Additionally, weld repair can include machining of damaged existing stellite, stainless underlay weld build up, pre-machining for stellite overlay, and final machining of stellite repaired surfaces.
Turbine Valve Seat Services
We now provide a complete outage support service to manufacture and replace your turbine valve seat. During your scheduled outage, our team will fabricate a new valve seat, deliver it directly to your site, remove the existing seat, and install the new one — all within an approximate 12-day turnaround.
Our services are delivered through our O'Fallon, Il, and Owensboro, Ky. repair centers, as well as through plant-site operations, both of which are staffed by fully qualified technicians and engineers.
